On Monday, April 29, 2019 ArtsConnection's Spring 2019 Benefit will celebrate the Art2Art: Dear Evan Hansen partnership at the IAC Building in Chelsea. The evening will be hosted by MSNBC journalist Nicolle Wallace and include a special performance by the Dear Evan Hansen cast. The event will be styled by acclaimed event designer and ArtsConnection Board Member David Monn.

Tonight, April 24, 2014, ArtsConnection will celebrate its 35th anniversary at a fundraising gala honoring Time Warner Inc. and internationally-renowned visual artist Vik Muniz. Lisa Garcia Quiroz, Time Warner's Senior VP of Corporate Responsibility and Chief Diversity Officer, will accept the award on behalf of the company.

On Thursday, April 24, 2014, ArtsConnection will celebrate its 35th anniversary at a fundraising gala honoring Time Warner Inc. and internationally-renowned visual artist Vik Muniz. Lisa Garcia Quiroz, Time Warner's Senior VP of Corporate Responsibility and Chief Diversity Officer, will accept the award on behalf of the company. The event, which will be attended by leaders from the arts, business, media, and philanthropy worlds, as well as draw celebrities from both NYC and Hollywood, will raise support for ArtsConnection's arts education initiatives for New York City public school students. Emily and Harold Ford, Jr., Linda & Mort Janklow, Lisa and Richard Plepler, Tracey & Robert Pruzan, and Paula and Fareed Zakaria will serve as event co-chairs. Award-winning CNN anchor Don Lemon will host the evening at 583 Park Avenue. He will be joined by Sarah Jessica Parker and Jeffrey Wright who will make a special presentations. Last night the American Foundation for Equal Rights (AFER) and Broadway Impact launched the all-star Broadway premiere of '8'. The play, which chronicles the historic trial in the federal legal challenge to California's Proposition 8, was written by AFER Founding Board Member and Academy Award-winning writer Dustin Lance Black and directed by Tony Award-winning actor and director Joe Mantello. The event also raised funds for the 2011 return of Sing for Hope Street Pianos, a public art installation that brought 60 upright pianos to the streets of New York this past summer, and embodies Sing for Hope's mission of making art available to all.

Yesterday, June 3, the 'I Have A Dream Foundation' held its annual spring gala at 583 Park Avenue on June 3, 2010 in New York City. The 'I Have a Dream Foundation' aims to enable children in low income areas to gain an education. The foundation does this by giving children the skills they need to succeed and providing tuition to those less fortunate. The event was hosted by CNN correspondent Alina Cho. Honorees included Univision Network's President Cesar Conde and actress Stephanie Andujar.

Nederlander, Chairman of The Nederlander Organization, with the second Schoenfeld Vision for Arts in Education Award during a gala benefit held May 17 in the Broadway Ballroom of the Marriott Marquis Hotel.
