CLOSING! Columbia Children's Theatre presents THE COMMEDIA SLEEPING BEAUTY, adapted and directed by Jerry Stevenson. It's a four-day weekend for Columbia theatergoers with two openings, two closings, and the continuation of Trustus Theatre's ROCK fest!

Join some of your favorite performers from Columbia Children's Theatre (CCT) and around town for an evening of gender-bending Broadway belting as CCT presents the next installment in the organization's popular concert series, Backwards Broadway. Showtime is 7:00 pm Friday, January 13.  It's time for the Royal Winter Ball, but Cinderella won't be going because she has no clothes or shoes; or will she?  Join Columbia Children's Theatre (CCT)-the Midlands' only professional theatre for families and young audiences-as they present this delightful musical adaptation of the age-old rags to riches tale Cinderella, December  3 -11.  The production's run opens on Saturday, December 3 with a special Breakfast with Santa at 9:00 a.m. followed by the show at 10:30 a.m. Tickets for the breakfast and show package are $15.00 for children and adults. After last season's uproarious adaptation of Doreen Cronin's Click, Clack, Moo, Columbia Children's Theatre (CCT)--the Midlands' only professional theatre for families and young audiences--will present a new musical adaptation of her next book Duck for President, September 16 - 25. 

Featuring everything from puppetry to live guitar to scuba-diving birds, the latest offering at Columbia Children's Theatre (CCT) sends up and "under the sea" a classic fairy tale in a truly satirical style. Little Fishmaid opens Thursday, June 23 at 7:00 pm.

In Elephant & Piggie's "We Are in a Play!", Gerald and Piggie take to the stage in a rollicking adventure perfect for young audiences at Columbia Children's Theatre (CCT) February 19 - 28.  

?What happens when your star-crossed lovers carry cell phones, use iPads and sing 1960's love songs?  It's Columbia Children's Theatre's Altered Visions Tour production of Romeo and Juliet.  Before launching its tour of middle and high schools in February, Columbia Children's Theatre (CCT) will present this truly innovative 60-minute version of Shakespeare's classic January 29, 30 and 31.  Show times are Friday, January 29 at 7:00 pm; Saturday, January 30 at 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm; and Sunday, January 31 at 3:00 pm.
