Broadway's 40 theatres aren't the only places to catch performances from your favorite stars! Well after Broadway orchestra's begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven- o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. 54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, will present The Songs of Jacob Yandura & Rebekah Greer Melocik on Monday, February 16th at 9:30pm. The list of Broadway stars set to perform now includes James Snyder (If/Then), Greg Hildreth (Cinderella, Peter and the Starcatcher), Jenni Barber (Wicked, The Nance), and Ben Fankhauser (Newsies), among others.

WICKED just welcomed new cast members to the Gershwin Theatre last month. CAROLINE BOWMAN (Kinky Boots, Eva in the Broadway revival tour of Evita) stepped into the role of Elphaba, and KARA LINDSAY (original cast of Broadway's Newsies) assumed the role of Glinda, directly from playing the role on national tour. KATHY FITZGERALD returned to the Broadway company as Madame Morrible, a role she has played on Broadway and on national tour, and MATT SHINGLEDECKER (West Side Story) assumed the role of Fiyero. Two-time Tony Award Nominee ROBIN DEJESUS (In the Heights, La Cage Aux Folles) stepped into the role of Boq. Check out photos of the new cast in action below!

The 26th Annual Festival of New Musicals, presented by the National Alliance For Musical Theatre (NAMT), kicked off with THE 46TH MINUTE, a concert hosted by Lindsay Mendez and featuring performances by Heidi Blickenstaff, Doreen Montalvo, Mamie Parris, Bryce Ryness, and more. Musical presentations started October 23 at New World Stages (340 West 50th Street) and included Beautiful Poison, Cubamor, Great Wall, How To Break, Mary Marie, The Noteworthy Life of Howard Barnes, String and Stu For Silverton. Broadway fans found everything from rare opening night gifts to classic original Playbills, met their favorite stars and bid on once-in-a-life-time experiences to push the grand total raised Sunday, September 21, 2014, at the 28th Annual Broadway Flea Market & Grand Auction to an all-time high of $713,986, for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

IMAGINE: A Concert of Hope, a benefit concert to raise funds to benefit Cancer Research through the Brian Werbel Memorial Fund at University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center was held earlier this week at (le) poisson rouge (158 Bleecker St.).
