Recording artists Demi Lovato and Taio Cruz revealed the 2010 American Music Awards(R) (AMAs) nominees this morning from the JW Marriott Los Angeles at L.A. LIVE (see full list of nominees below). Bon Jovi, P!nk and Usher were also announced as performers for the 38th annual AMAs. Additional acts and presenters will be announced in the coming weeks.

The 62nd Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards were held on August 21 at The Nokia Theatre LA Live in Los Angeles, California. Jane Lynch is to guest star on Nickelodeon's 'iCarly,' Entertainment Weekly reports. Lynch is to play the frequently mentioned mother of Sam (Jennette McCurdy) in a Season Four episode. The episode is to be filmed next week. Lynch's real-life stepdaughter is a great fan of 'iCarly,' Entertainment Weekly reports.

It's a bon voyage for the cast of True Jackson, VP as Nickelodeon debuts an all-new one-hour True Jackson, VP TV movie, 'Trapped in Paris,' Saturday, May 22, at 8:00 p.m. (ET/PT). The brand-new special bids adieu to the Mad Style offices as True and her friends embark on an adventure half-way around the world, with special guest stars DJ Lance Rock (Lance Robertson) and the cast of Nickelodeon's phenom preschool music series, Yo Gabba Gabba!, as well as Gage Golightly of Nickelodeon's The Troop. Following True Jackson, VP 'Trapped in Paris,' viewers can catch a never-before-seen, inside look into the life of True Jackson, VP star Keke Palmer as she reveals her biggest secrets, on and off the set, in the half-hour special, 7 Secrets: Keke Palmer, at 9:00 p.m. (ET/PT).

'Fred Figglehorn'), one of the most popular internet characters of all time, will land on Nickelodeon in his first-ever feature film, Fred: The Movie, it was announced today at Nickelodeon's Los Angeles upfront presentation by Cyma Zarghami, President, Nickelodeon/MTV Networks' Kids & Family Group. Similar to real-life teenager Lucas Cruikshank's fast-talking, hyperactive YouTube videos that have received upwards of 500 million views, the film will center on Fred's latest adventure in trying to win over his unrequited love, Judy. Fred: The Movie is produced by Brian Robbins and Sharla Sumpter Bridgett of Varsity Pictures and Gary Binkow and Evan Weiss of The Collective. Fred: The Movie is set to premiere later this year.

Nickelodeon brought its annual Upfront presentation to Los Angeles for the first time ever, where it announced new additions to its robust 2010-11 programming slate originally unveiled during its March 11 presentation in New York. Joining six new series and new seasons of 16 returning hits such as top-ranked iCarly, SpongeBob SquarePants and Team Umizoomi, Nickelodeon also will premiere three new TV movies, including: Fred: The Movie, starring Lucas Cruikshank as online sensation Fred Figglehorn; Boy Who Cried Werewolf, starring Victoria Justice and Brooke Shields; and Best Player starring iCarly's Jerry Trainor and Jennette McCurdy. Nickelodeon also has acquired My Wife and Kids (123 episodes), starring Damon Wayans (In Living Color, Major Payne), which will debut on Nick at Nite this fall.

The TEEN CHOICE AWARDS 2009 took place last night at the Gibson Amphitheatre, Universal City, CA. At the live ceremony yesterday evening, Sunday August 9th, 'Twilight' star Robert Pattinson claimed surf boards both for best movie actor and best hottie. The Jonas Brothers rode five boards to victory, but Miley Cyrus beat them, as she claimed six.

Miley Cyrus performed her newest single, 'Party in the U.S.A.,' at TEEN CHOICE 2009 last night. The performance filled show airs tonight, Monday, Aug. 10 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. Additionally, the casts of 'Twilight' (Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, Ashley Greene, Nikki Reed and Kellan Lutz) and FOX's new comedy series GLEE (Lea Michele, Cory Monteith, Jenna Ushkowitz, Chris Colfer,Amber Riley and Kevin McHale) will also guest on the two-hour special.
