Dallas Children's Theater brings to life the power of education through storytelling in TOMÁS AND THE LIBRARY LADY. Discover an inspiring, true story based on the life of Tomas Rivera, a young boy from Texas born into a family of migrant farm workers who ultimately became the first Mexican American to hold a position of chancellor in the University of California system. TOMÁS AND THE LIBRARY LADY opens March 24, 2017 at Dallas Children's Theater (DCT) / Rosewood Center for Family Arts.

MainStage Irving-Las Colinas continues its 2015-16 Light the Lights! season with Simon Levy's all-new adaptation based on F. Scott Fitzgerald's classic novel, THE GREAT GATSBY. The production will open on May 13 and run through the 28 at the Irving Arts Center's Dupree Theater (3333 N. CAROLINE, OR CHANGE, the new musical by playwright-librettist Tony Kushner and composer Jeanine Tesori, directed by George C. Wolfe, will play its final performance at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre on Sunday, August 29th at 3pm. The production will have played 23 previews and 136 regular performances.
