Gettysburg College's Majestic Theater has announced guest speakers and breakout sessions scheduled for the first-ever film festival dedicated solely to the work of award-winning documentarian Ken Burns next February 10-12, 2023 in the historic theater located in Gettysburg, Pa.

A collection of talented musicians will entertain with a variety of genres ranging from folk-rock to fiddle tunes to country and more. Patrons are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket for use on the grass.

The Hot Club of Philadelphia will bring their unique acoustic sound to the Bucks County Playhouse stage when they present two concerts as part of the theater's Spring Concert Series, on Friday, April 23 and Saturday, April 24 at 8 pm.

The acclaimed Newman & Oltman Guitar Duo will perform a LIVE broadcast from Mercer County Community College on Friday, June 19th at 12:00 noon on 89.1 FM - The Classical Network www.WWFM.org.

Great Hudson River Revival (Clearwater Festival) this weekend, June 21 and 22 in beautiful Croton Point Park, Croton-On-Hudson, NY marks the first event since the passing of its founders, musician and activist Pete Seeger and his wife Toshi Seeger. Clearwater 2014 promises to be a special celebration of the Seeger's and their legacy - hosting many Clearwater friends old and new, many of who will perform special musical tributes during the event.

On May 19th in Manhattan, LaGuardia Arts High School Parents Association will celebrate 'Peace, Love & The Power of Song' with a tribute to alumnus and folk legend Peter Yarrow.

Additionally, Litt is an award-winning fiction writer and Alpher a world-renowned composer.

Known for American roots music, Jay Ungar and Molly Mason bring a repertoire of original tunes to The Unicorn Theatre on March 17 at 8pm. Jay and Molly will play renditions of hard-driving Appalachian, Cajun and Celtic fiddle tunes, stirring Civil War classics, sassy songs from the golden age of swing and country, stunning waltzes and deeply moving original compositions.
