On Tuesday June 29 th and Wednesday June 30 th , 8pm at Dixon Place as part of the summer long Dixon Place HOT! Festival, New York's favorite demented theater company presents a sick, (yet reverent!) homage to the classic 'PICNIC', the 1950's play and movie about small town life.

The Nightlife and Bistro Award-winning Metropolitan Room is accepting applications for the 2010 'MetroStar Talent Challenge' through Sunday June 27. This year's jury and audience-voted, elimination-round competition for singers runs for eight consecutive Mondays, from July 12 through August 30.

The Springside Inn's new Broadway series will begin on March 36-27 with Keith Thompson's KOOKY TUNES, described as a 'special mélange of comic tales and tunes.' The cast for the production features Patrick DeGennaro, Vanessa A. Jones, Perry Payne, Jay Rogers and Thompson.

Tony Award-winning actress Donna McKechnie, celebrated vocalist Julie Budd, and Keith Thompson's 'Kooky Tunes' are among the scheduled performers for the debut season of The Broadway Series at the Springside Inn in Auburn, New York, producers announced today.
