Jamie Brewer will reprise her role in the film adaptation of the 2018 Off-Broadway play Amy & The Orphans. Lindsey Ferrentino will adapt the play for the big screen, also making her directorial debut with the film. Edward Barbanell will also star in the film as a new role written for the screen.

Westport Country Playhouse will present a Script in Hand playreading of the comedy, “Ripcord,” written by David Lindsay-Abaire on Monday, November 14, at 7 p.m.  Lindsay-Abaire is currently represented on Broadway with book and lyrics for the musical, “Kimberly Akimbo.”

Three of the theatre’s most inventive, inspired and award-winning artists will return to the stage, bringing to vivid theatrical life a comic and dramatic portrait of a mother, a father and the son who photographed their lives.

Peacock announced that Chris Messina (Sharp Objects, I Care A Lot) will star opposite Kaley Cuoco (The Flight Attendant) in the highly-anticipated dark comedic thriller BASED ON A TRUE STORY, from Emmy Award-nominated Craig Rosenberg (The Boys, LOST, Preacher).
