In a story for Interview Magazine, Dianna Agron, who plays GLEE's resident dethroned head cheerleader Quinn Fabray, reveals that the producers for the Fox hit TV show were initially hesitant to cast her because she exuded too much innocence for the role of Quinn. 'They told me to come back with straight hair and to dress sexier," she says. "Later that week, I started work."

GLEE co-creator Ryan Murphy talked details of the second half of the first season, and how GLEE is taking it slow - that is, they will not be making it to Nationals by the end of the first season. The first thirteen episodes were GLEE's road to sectionals, and the last nine episodes of the first season will focus on regionals and New Directions nemesis Vocal Adrenaline.

Neil Patrick Harris guest starring on the Joss Whedon directed episode of GLEE sounds like a perfect match. GLEE creator Ryan Murphy agrees. According to the Ausiello Files, Murphy is creating a role just for Harris which will include some singing and dancing. As Harris is currently starring in CBS's How I Met Your Mother, CBS needs to approve Harris's appearance on Fox's GLEE.

Last night, as BroadwayWorld reported, GLEE won the Golden Globe for Best Television Series - Comedy or Musical. Backstage, the cast appropriately sang their excitement for Mary Hart and the ET cameras, performing an impromptu rendition of 'Celebration' by Kool & The Gang.
