Stephanie J. Block, Broadway star of '9 to 5: The Musical,' 'Wicked,' 'The Pirate Queen,' and 'The Boy From Oz,' will star opposite Jason Alexander, Artistic Director of Reprise Theatre Company, in 'They're Playing Our Song,' the opening production of the company's 2010-2011 season, playing September 28 to October 10 (press opening September 29) at UCLA's Freud Playhouse.

Last week, August 16, the cast of HAIR took the stage with U.S. thespians Shoshanna Bean and Norm Lewis for a special concert at Freedom Bar, performing gospel, musical theatre, rock, pop, and R&B tunes through the wee morning hours. BroadwayWorld brings you coverage of the concert below!

Reprise Theatre Company presents two one-night only special events: An Evening with Sutton Foster for one performance only on Monday, October 4, 2010 at 8:00 pm, and Betty Buckley in Concert with Seth Rudetsky on Monday, February 21,2011 at 8:00pm. Both events will be presented at UCLA's Freud Playhouse. Hair will run in the Kennedy Center Opera House for a limited engagement October 26, 2010 through November 21, 2010. Directed by Diane Paulus and choreographed by Karole Armitage, Hair features book and lyrics by Gerome Ragni and James Rado and music by Galt MacDermot. Más de 300 artistas se han presentado hasta ahora a las audiciones para Hair Love &Rock Musical, que se estrenará en el mes de Diciembre en el Teatre Apolo de Barcelona para realizar una breve temporada. El pasado día 27 tuvo lugar la primera fase de pruebas, y hoy día 30 de Julio, coincidiendo con una nueva jornada de audiciones, ha tenido lugar la presentación a los medios de este proyecto.
