Preview performances in Chicago began, Friday, November 13, 2009 at the Ford Center for the Performing Arts, Oriental Theatre (24 W. Randolph St.) and will play through Sunday, January 10, 2010. THE ADDAMS FAMILY will open on Broadway Thursday, April 8, 2010 at The Lunt-Fontanne Theatre.

The largest Broadway tryout (to the tune of $17 million) to hit the town since 2003's The Producers, this new Brickman and Elice musical (Jersey Boys) began previews on November 13 at the Ford Center for the Performing Arts. Student tickets for the pre-Broadway world premiere of THE ADDAMS FAMILY will be available on the day of the show only, beginning at 10:00 am, and will be sold only at the Ford Center for the Performing Arts, Oriental Theatre Box Office (24 W. The producers of HAIR have announced the addition of Vanessa Ray to the 'Tribe.' Ray, making her Broadway debut, temporarily replaces Allison Case in the role of 'Crissy' until January 2010. HAIR began preview performances on March 6 at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre and opened to rave reviews on March 31, 2009.
