Back by popular demand, following its sold out run in 2015, JOE INK and celebrated Vancouver Choreographer Joe Laughlin present 4OUR, onstage for one-night only, September 19, 2016 at 8pm at the Scotiabank Dance Centre.

Over 70 productions of local and international artists representing six continents - North America, South America, Europe, Australia, Africa and Asia -- will visit the stages of La MaMa during the 2016-17 season, the company's 55th year of presenting world-class experimental music, theater and dance, it has been announced by Mia Yoo, La MaMa's Artistic Director.

FRONT Exhibition Company announces the launch of FRONT International: Cleveland Exhibition for Contemporary Art, a new large-scale, multi-venue, citywide contemporary art program that will take place in Cleveland every three years. This exhibition has been conceived of by the Co-Artistic Directors,Michelle Grabner and Jens Hoffmann, following an invitation by FRONT International CEO & Executive Director Fred Bidwell. The first edition, entitled An American City, will take place July 7 to September 30, 2018, and aims to rethink the conventional biennial or triennial exhibition model.

Dance Territories, Dancehouse's biennial program of boundary-pushing contemporary choreography, returns to the Melbourne Festival in October, presenting live installations by Australian artist Sarah-Jane Norman together with the acclaimed performance The Shout by Algerian-French choreographer Nacera Belaza. The Australian premiere double bill questions where the borderlines between body and place exist. It asks, how are these sites impacted by migration, circulation, dis-location and invasion? And how do they impact our personal and cultural identities?

Adelaide Festival Centre today revealed new contemporary 10 year anniversary programming for this year's OzAsia Festival which runs from 17 September - 2 October. OzAsia Festival is Australia's leading international arts festival presenting the best theatre, dance, music, film and visual arts from across Asia.  This year's program features an impressive array of performance works by contemporary Asian artists who are pioneering work in their field. The French Institute Alliance Francaise (FIAF), New York's premiere French cultural center, is thrilled to announce the full program for the Crossing the LineFestival 2016, the tenth annual edition of its celebrated fall arts festival, presenting interdisciplinary works and performances by artists from around the world. The Harris Theater for Music and Dance today announced the performances of its popular Exelon Family Series for the 2016-2017 season.  Established in 2008, Exelon Family Series programs provide unique learning opportunities for families to experience world-class performances together at the Harris, at affordable prices. One of the most dynamic art institutions at work in Greater China today, KAF has, since 2010, supported a series of artist residencies in China and initiated major new productions by emerging Chinese artists internationally.
