The cast of the hit off-Broadway musical [title of show] have announced that, despite earlier discussion of a pre-Broadway try-out, the production is aiming to open directly on Broadway in the Spring 2008 season.

The legendary Chita Rivera performed two sold-out shows Monday, January 14 at the legendary Birdland to benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
