As the 2016 U.S. presidential election reaches its final days, today FiveThirtyEight outlines its Election Day coverage for Tuesday, Nov. 8, which will formally begin at about 9 a.m. ET and continue until the next president is decided.

Last night's cold open on SNL started out frosty as ever, with Alec Baldwin and Kate Mckinnon reprising their roles as Donald Trump and Secretary Hillary Clinton, respectively. The pair were joined by Cecily Strong as Erin Burnett, host of CNN's OutFront. After the latest rumble of an e-mail scandal caused by James Comey this previous week, the sketch was built primarily around Burnett repeatedly returning to the discussion of Clinton's e-mails, even in the face of Baldwin's Trump literally kissing a member of the KKK, Putin, and other controversial figures who have endorsed and supported Trump's campaign.

Victoria Woodhull ran for president in 1872, almost 50 years before women won the right to vote. She also became the first woman to own a Wall Street brokerage and the first woman to testify before a congressional committee, fighting for women's suffrage.
