GRAMMY Award-winning trio, Nickel Creek—mandolinist Chris Thile, violinist Sara Watkins and guitarist Sean Watkins—will continue their extensive headline tour through the fall with newly confirmed shows at Los Angeles’ Theatre at Ace Hotel (two nights), Portland’s Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall, St. Paul’s Palace Theatre, and more.

North Carolina’s Beech Mountain Resort is pleased to share the return of its annual outdoor concert series this summer. The extensive run kicks off April 15 at Cincinnati’s Andrew J Brady Music Center and includes stops at Pittsburgh’s Byham Theater, Boston’s MGM Music Hall at Fenway Park, Philadelphia’s The Fillmore, New York’s The Rooftop at Pier 17, Atlanta’s The Eastern, Chicago’s Salt Shed, Milwaukee’s Riverside Theater and Kansas City’s Kauffman Center.

To those that know Dave Brandwein as the frontman of Turkuaz, the indie-Americana/folk-rock music of Band For Sale might seem like a radical change. But to the multi-instrumentalist and producer, the upcoming album, Sleeping Sun, Waking Moon, represents a return to his musical roots.

The track also prominently features the funk-tinged  guitar playing of Dylan Day (Amos Lee, Grace Potter, Nick Hakim, Ethan Gruska), a friend of Elbert who played alongside her in Jenny Lewis’ band, and follows the previous single “Not Alone,” for which Elbert shared a live video performance video featuring her tourmate Jacob Collier.

Following the success and fun of last summer’s tour together, Gov’t Mule – led by GRAMMY® Award-winning vocalist, songwriter, guitar legend, and producer Warren Haynes – and GRAMMY-nominated singer, songwriter, and horn-blower Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue have announced a run of five co-headlining shows for this August.
