The Old Vic announced a new line up of productions for 2009 that will begin in January with the World Premiere of the new play, COMPLICIT by Joe Sutton and directed in-the-round by Kevin Spacey. Following the hugely successful The Norman Conquests, which runs through to late December 2008, the new program brings further diversity and originality to one of London's oldest theatres.

Directed by Indhu Rubasingham and performed by Holly Aird, Cavan Clerkin, Brendan Coyle, Amanda Drew, John Marquez and Javone Prince, Chain Play II will be performed for one night only on 29 February 2008 at 7.30pm.

Bill Kenwright and Marla Rubin announce that they will present the Almeida Theatre production of FESTEN, the hugely successful London play about a family with a dark secret, on Broadway at the Music Box Theatre (239 W. 45th St.), with performances beginning Thursday, March 23. Larry Bryggman, Michael Hayden, Ali MacGraw and Julianna Margulies have been cast in the Broadway production. Directed by Rufus Norris, in a dramatization by David Eldridge from the Danish 1998 film, FESTEN will have its official press opening on Sunday, April 9.

On October 24th, dozens of stars such as Adam Pascal, Rosie Perez, Cady Huffman, Amanda Peet, as well as a number of prominent writers and directors will take part in the 24 Hour Plays at the American Airlines Theatre

Rosie Perez, Lili Taylor, Amanda Peet, Ben Shenkman and others will be some of the stars and David Lindsay-Abaire and Warren Leight some of the playwrights to take part in The 24 Hour Plays on October 24th

Kevin Spacey will host 24 Hour Plays at the Old Vic on June 19th, while Brooke Shields, Gael Garcia Bernal and others are scheduled to appear
