Celebrate Pride with Broadway's youngest stars at Love is Love on Tues, June 28th at 7:30 pm at The Triad.

New York City Center today announced the cast of the Encores! Off-Center production of Runaways, Elizabeth Swados' landmark musical about the stories, fears, and fantasies of runaway children. Cast largely from an open call attended by over 300 teenagers of 'all ethnicities, body types, gender identification, and ability levels,' the 'wolfpack' of 25, as director Sam Pinkleton affectionately calls them, embody the ferocious kinetic energy of today's New York-just as the original cast reflected the New York of 1978.

They join Obie Award-Winner Deirdre O'Connell, Obie Award-Winner Birgit Huppuch, and Danny Wolohan. Directed by two-time Obie Award-Winner Ken Rus Schmoll, JUDY began previews on September 1, 2015 at The New Ohio Theatre (154 Christopher Street) with opening night set for tonight, September 10, 2015. The production will run through Saturday, September 26, 2015.

'Shanktunes: A Night of Original Songs by Lynne Shankel' will return to 54 Below on March 22, 2015 at 9:30 p.m.

54 Below just welcomed SHANKTUNES- an evening of original songs by Drama Desk-nominated orchestrator/arranger Lynne Shankel. Lynne was joined onstage by some of New York's finest talent for a fun-filled evening of her blend of pop, R&B, swing and musical theatre. ShankTunes featured songs from the recent Off-Broadway production of bare, as well as premieres of brand new songs. The evening was directed by Stafford Arima. Kemeny (co-founder of Crystal Theatre) and stars Lynne Wintersteller (A Grand Night For Singing and Annie on Broadway) and Robin De Jesus (two time Tony Award nominee).
