A Music Inn Revival and Reunion will top off the Made in the Berkshire's Festival at the Colonial Theatre on Columbus Day weekend as a benefit for Music Inn Archives. The October 12 event includes a free Music Inn Reunion in the Garage at the Colonial from 4:30pm-6:30pm, followed by a ticketed concert with Jay and the Americans at 7:30pm.

Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter John Legend will team up with Grammy Award-winning country star Lee Ann Womack next month when CMT presents an all-new episode of CMT CROSSROADS. Five-time Grammy-Award winning singer-songwriter and 2012 Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame inductee Mary Chapin Carpenter is on the road again. She'll make a stop at The Ridgefield Playhouse on Wednesday, November 19, at 8 p.m. with an intimate, acoustic performance! The tour marks Carpenter's return to singing both timeless hits and deep cuts from her expansive and beloved 13-album catalog, after performing with orchestras in early 2014. Mary Chapin Carpenter is well-known for her blend of pop, folk and country-style music. With hits "Passionate Kisses", "I Feel Lucky", "I'll Take My Chances" and "He Thinks He'll Keep Her", she has won five Grammy Awards (with 15 nominations), two CMA awards and two Academy of Country Music awards for her vocals. Carpenter will be joined on stage by longtime friends Jon Carroll (piano) and John Doyle (guitars, bouzouki). Special guest is singer/songwriter Tift Merritt, who has built what has been called a 'unique' and critically acclaimed body of work of 'sonic short stories and poignant performances". Singer and songwriter Amos Lee makes his Segerstrom Center for the Arts debut today, Wednesday, August 6 at 8 p.m. in the Renee and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall as part of the second leg of his 2014 Mountains of Sorrow, Rivers of Song Tour. His recent fall and winter headline tour included sold-out shows at the historic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, ACL Live in Austin and the Beacon Theatre in New York City. Lee will be joined by band members, Freddie Berman, drums; Zach Djanikian, mandolin; Annie Clements, bass and vocals; Andy Keenan, guitar, banjo and vocals; and Jaron Olevsky, keyboards.
