FALL On-Camera Acting Classes taught by Martin Thompson at JTA Talent in Charlotte, beginning November 7th & 8th, 2010

Asolo Repertory Theatre announced the complete cast of its upcoming production of Bonnie & Clyde a thrilling new musical with book by Ivan Menchell (The Cemetery Club, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang); music by Frank Wildhorn (Jekyll & Hyde, The Scarlet Pimpernel); lyrics by Tony Award-winner Don Black (Sunset Boulevard, Song and Dance); Music Supervision, Arrangements and Orchestrations by John McDaniel; and direction and musical staging by Tony Award- winner Jeff Calhoun (Deaf West's Big River and Pippin, Grease!). The production runs from November 16 - December 19, 2010 on the Asolo Rep mainstage-The Mertz Theatre. The press opening is November 19, at 8 p.m.

Elda Ferri and Allen Bain announced today the wrap of principal photography on Director Roberto Faenza's 'Someday This Pain Will Be Useful To You' based on Peter Cameron's award-winning novel of the same name. The Canadian Stage TD Dream in High Park presents Romeo and Juliet, William Shakespeare's timeless tale of ill-fated lovers and feuding families. Glen Hagen Theatrical, a newly created theatrical production company presents Stephen Adly Guirgis' Den of Thieves, directed by David Triacca. Den Of Thieves opens August 19, 2010 and runs through August 29, at The American Theater of Actors, The Chernuchin Theater, 2nd floor, 314 West 54 Street, New York, New York 10019.

Registration is now open for the Fall Session of On Camera Acting Classes, beginning September 12th & 13th, 2010 at JTA Talent in Charlotte. Taught by professional actor Martin Thompson, these classes are appropriate for both aspiring actors and professionals who would like to improve their skills. Class registration is limited and will be accepted one week prior to the first class of each session.

WONDERLAND: A New Alice. A New Musical Adventure will open on Broadway Sunday, April 17, 2011 and performances will begin Monday, March 21, at a Nederlander theatre to be announced. The musical will be directed by Gregory Boyd, the artistic director of the Alley Theatre in Houston, Texas, with a book by Gregory Boyd and Jack Murphy (The Civil War -Tony nomination) and lyrics by Jack Murphy, music by Frank Wildhorn (Jekyll & Hyde - Grammy nomination, The Scarlet Pimpernel, The Civil War - Tony nomination, Dracula, Victor/Victoria) and choreography by Marguerite Derricks (Fame, Emmy Awards for '3rd Rock From The Sun' and 'Fame LA'). Straz, Jr. Center for the Performing Arts (Judy Lisi, President and CEO) in Tampa, Florida January 4 through January 16, 2011.
