Florida Studio Theatre's Mainstage season starts off in Brighton, England. The BROADWAY HIT One Man, Two Guvnors opens in the Gompertz Theatre on November 20, 2015.  Having received 7 Tony nominations, this clever comedy complete with mobsters, murders, and mishaps, was written by Richard Bean, based on Carlo Goldoni's The Servant of Two Masters. AND DR. began its run at the Soho Playhouse on July 8, 2013 and officially opened on July 16, 2013; the Off-Broadway play is currently in its sixth month of performances and recently celebrated its 150th performance on December 27, 2013. The show was fantastic to begin with. The John W. Engeman Theatre's retelling of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol has a refreshing taste to the classic favorite. Directed by Mark Adam Rampmeyer and adapted by Michael Wilson, this production runs through January 6th at the beautiful Northport theatre.

A town ready for wealth, a naive scientist, men in power and men seeking power, a battle for the truth--it's all grist for playwright Arthur Miller's adaptation of Henri Ibsen's classic, AN ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE, now at Baltimore's Center Stage.

Centerstage's historic 50th Anniversary Season officially kicks off with AN ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE, directed by Artistic Director Kwame Kwei-Armah, in a landmark production that takes Arthur Miller's translation of Ibsen's classic and uses it to examine the contemporary media landscape. The production opens tonight, September 27, and BroadwayWorld has a first look at the show below.

The Alabama Shakespeare Festival will roll into its repertory season when William Shakespeare's comedy The Merry Wives of Windsor opens on April 13 followed by Henry VIII on April 19. In addition to the openings of these two Shakespearean works, two comedies The Thirty Nine Steps and Travels My Aunt will reopen for the second half of their runs on April 22. ASF's Extreme Weekends, in which theatre lovers can see all four repertory shows Friday through Sunday are available April 20-22 and 27-29 as well as May 4-6, 11-13 and 18-20.
