On Monday, October 29, Sing for Hope held its 12th annual Sing for Hope Gala, uniting New York's philanthropic and cultural leaders for a magical evening in support of the organization's programs and commitment to bring the arts to under-resourced areas. The event, co-chaired by Ann Ziff, Renee Fleming, and Muhammad Yunus, with Vice Chairs Dr. William Isacoff and Linda E. Johnson, was held at celebrity chef Danny Meyer's brand-new Bay Room event space. BroadwayWorld has photos from the evening below!

International opera star Renee Fleming and Emmy Award nominee Tituss Burgess performed together for the first time, for an audience that includes opera stars Joyce DiDonato, Paul Appleby and Diana Soviero, Ann Ziff, Margie Loeb, Miriam Morales ('Orange Is The New Black'), poker star Beth Shak, Nobel Laureates Dr. Muhammad Yunus and Dr. James Watson, Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer, Mercedes Bass, Dave Gilboa (Warby Parker), Angela Birchett (The Color Purple), Grammy nominee Emily King, and more at Sing for Hope's 10th Anniversary Gala this Monday at Tribeca Rooftop. What does it mean that a jazz pianist from Kenner, La., just outside of New Orleans, is running one of the most visible musical platforms in the country?' Supporters of Sing for Hope (www.singforhope.org) will soon have a chance to find out. On Monday, October 26, at TriBeCa Rooftop, the New York City-based 'arts peace corps' organization will produce its ninth annual Sing for Hope Gala in support of its arts outreach programs for communities in need. Co-Chaired by Sing for Hope champions Renee Fleming, Ann Ziff, Margie Loeb, and Muhammad Yunus, with Vice-Chairs The Arnhold Family, the gala will feature Mr. Batiste in an intimate performance, along with some exciting surprise musical guests.

Sing for Hope's 2014 Gala united New York's philanthropic and cultural elite for a magical evening in support of arts outreach to communities in need. Nearly 400 guests gathered at the downtown hotspot TriBeCa Rooftop to support the organization's programs that democratize the arts and ignite the spark of creative innovation in all people. On Monday, October 20, 2014, Sing for Hope (www.singforhope.org) will present its eighth annual Sing for Hope Gala, uniting New York's philanthropic and cultural leaders for a magical evening in support of Sing for Hope's programs that bring the arts to under-resourced areas. The event will be co-chaired by Marina Kellen French, Margie Loeb, and Ann Ziff, and will take place at the beautiful Tribeca Rooftop in downtown Manhattan.

Sing for Hope (www.singforhope.org), an 'artists' peace corps' that mobilizes world-class artists in volunteer service programs that benefit schools, hospitals and communities, has collaborated with The Metropolitan Museum of Art to create Bringing It To YOU - a multidisciplinary arts day of gallery tours and featured performances for New York City school children. The event, presented by Sing for Hope, took place at The Metropolitan Museum of Art on March 4, 2010 with the performance beginning at 2:30pm at the Grace Rainey Rogers Auditorium.
