2017 IT Awards Announce Four Honorary Award Recipients

On Monday, September 25, 2017, The New York Innovative Theatre Foundation, the organization who for the past 13 years has been dedicated to celebrating Off-Off-Broadway, will present four honorary awards along side the 26 awards for outstanding achievement in theatre.

Doric Wilson's award-winning satire, STREET THEATER about the evening of the Stonewall riots, returns to the Eagle Bar for a limited run September 20 - October 4. The production is produced by TOSOS (The Other Side of Silence), New York City's Oldest LGBTQ Theatre and is the first play of their 2017-18 Season. TOSOS Artistic Director, Mark Finley directs. The production won the New York Innovative Theater Award in 2016 for Outstanding Revival.

T. Schreiber Theatre (TST) proudly presents 'The Fourth Annual Schreiber Shorts: An Evening of One Acts' January 25th and runs through February 11th. The 10-minute play series will feature works by 10 playwrights, selected from nearly 1000 submissions in a nationwide playwriting competition. Curated and produced by Halle Morse and Megan Grace, 'The Schreiber Shorts' marks the second production of TST' 2016-17 season.
