The Tennessean has reported that Don McLean has announced plans for a feature documentary, a?oeThe Day The Music Died: The Story Behind Don McLeana??s American Pie,a?? set for release at the end of 2021. The documentary will inform a new stage play that will revolve around McLeana??s deep catalog, as well as a childrena??s book based on 'American Pie'.

Almost Adults, an inclusive local theatre company has been providing creative opportunities for both beginning and seasoned writers, actors, directors, producers, crew members, and local non-profits since 2015. Time Life announces a new digital distribution partnership with GrammyAward-winning artist and Songwriter Hall of Fame member Don McLean to bring new and previously unavailable music to the marketplace, using its significant internal sales and marketing resources along with an international distribution affiliation with Warner Music Group.
