Celebrate the 50th anniversary of the music, memories and spirit of the Woodstock Generation, the music that changed the world, at Glen Burtnik's Summer of Love, coming to Mayo Performing Arts Center on Friday, May 5, 2017 at 8 pm.

Call It Magic is the fourth album from Chicago vocalist and educator Typhanie Monique. It is a long-awaited project that finds her channeling the passions, frustrations and complexities of love into a work of shimmering beauty. It is her most ambitious recording to date.

Stitch of the World, Merritt's sixth studio album, was written on a friend's farm in Marfa, Texas, at Merritt's California cabin and in New York City in the wake of several major changes in her life.

Fierce Mercy is an epic, cinematic step forward from singer-songwriter Colin Hay, most beloved for his intimate, confessional live shows but most widely known for being an influential and celebrated frontman. The range of artists who have chosen to cite him as a muse or who have found themselves on stage with him in the past year spans the genre landscape from heavy metal, to Americana, to Cuban rhythms and beyond. On February 17, Pegi Young heads out on her own with a new album Raw, a collection of songs about love, loss and forgiveness.

Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers have added more dates to their 40th Anniversary Tour, produced by Live Nation. New concerts have been added in Seattle at Safeco Field on August 19 and at Pepsi Live at Rogers Arena in Vancouver on August 17.

Tom Petty will be honored as the 2017 MusiCares Person of the Year in celebration of his extraordinary creative accomplishments and significant charitable work. Proceeds from the annual Person of the Year tribute—now in its 27th year—provide essential support for MusiCares, which ensures music people have a place to turn in times of financial, medical, and personal need.
