Linda Purl has had a long, storied career, playing iconic roles on Happy Days, Matlock and The Office. On Monday April 1, she’s back at Birdland Jazz Club with a one-night only concert called BIG BAND ROMANCE. Westport Country Playhouse will bring to its stage, “First Lady of Song: Cherise Coaches Sings Ella Fitzgerald,” for a one-week run, from Friday, October 27 through Sunday, November 5.

Joining KTP on the final night of his summer residency are Tony Nominee Daniel J. Watts (Tina, Hamilton, After Midnight); Aisha Jackson (Once Upon a One More Time, Paradise Square, Frozen); and soul singer/songwriter Crystal Monee Hall (Rent).

Joining Parker in song for the July 31st concert will be  the illustrious Sis Thee Doll (Oklahoma, American Horror Story) and soul stirring  Jazz vocalist and composer Vanisha Gould. Each month, Parker will present a new set list highlighting traditional blues music made famous by the likes of Dinah Washington and Nina Simone, as well as uniquely reworked arrangements of songs from today’s Top 100. 

This summer, Midnight Theatre presents 'KTP's Juke Joint Jubilee,' a monthly concert series featuring the sultry soul and blues inspired vocals of the magnetic Kyle Taylor Parker. 

BIRDLAND THEATER will present the return of Carole J. Bufford in the world premiere of her new show “Divine Decadence” for a special six-performance engagement from Friday, July 21 to Sunday, July 23 with shows each night at 7:00 PM and 9:30 PM.
