Atlantic Theater Company presents the world premiere production of the new musical The Band's Visit, directed by Lortel and Obie Award winner David Cromer and featuring a book by Drama Desk Award nominee Itamar Moses, an original score by three-time Tony Award nominee David Yazbek, choreography by Patrick McCollum and movement by Lee Sher. The Band's Visit began previews November 11 and opened just last night at Atlantic Theater Company's Linda Gross Theater (336 West 20th Street). (more...)

The program is helmed by Matt Schicker and will kick off on Monday, December 5 at 3:30PM at Pearl Studios in New York, NY, with an invite-only Actors' Equity Association stage reading of Frida, a musical with book and lyrics by Michael Aman and music by Dana P.
