The 92nd Street Y, New York (92NY), one of New York's leading cultural venues, presents Sharon Isbin, guitar & Pacifica Quartet play Boccherini, Schwantner, and more, on November 12, 2022 at 7:30pm ET at the Kaufmann Concert Hall.

A season full of jazz at Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts will kick off in November and December with performances by pianist Matthew Whitaker and the Brubeck Brothers Quartet.

The 2022-2023 season of the Great Music in a Great Space concert series continues with Musica Sacra's Music for a Gothic Space on on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine, 1047 Amsterdam Avenue (at 112th Street). 

Arts on Site will present JANIS BRENNER, dancer/singer/actress, in the premiere of her one-woman show She Remembers her Amnesia, based on true stories, and set to a musical score by Jerome Begin.  Three performances: November 9 at 8 PM and November 10 at 6:30 & 8:30 PM at Arts on Site.  Evening performances will be followed by a Q&A session.

59E59 Theaters’ musical favorites The Anderson Brothers will return with a new show featuring beloved numbers by Scott Joplin, Louis Armstrong, George Gershwin, Django Reinhart, Duke Ellington, Dave Brubeck, and Antonio Carlos Jobim, among others. The Journey of Jazz will run for 16 shows, Nov 29 - Dec 11. 

Northglenn Arts Presents, the premier professional performance series in the north metro area, will offer a six-show season package for the Winter/Spring 2023 season.

59E59 Theaters has announced their Fall 2022 Season, and the first three productions for their Winter 2023 Season. The Fall 2022 Season will begin with Boswell, presented by MHK Productions. The 59E59 Winter 2023 Season will begin with The Immortal Jellyfish Girl, presented by Wakka Wakka.

Over the years, he expanded his repertoire to include songs by Paul McCartney, Joni Mitchell, Neil Young, Tom Waits, Antônio Carlos Jobim and The Beatles. His interest in Frank Sinatra led him to dedicate two albums to the legendary vocalist: “Dear Mr. Sinatra” and “Sinatra & Jobim @ 50.”

Don Graham, a music promotion pioneer who started his lengthy career in the early days of Warner Bros. Records, A&M, Blue Thumb, and United Artists in the 1960s, died Thursday evening, July 7, 2022 of stomach cancer at the age of 87.  He was surrounded by his family.
