EPIX to Present Feature Documentary, LAUREL CANYON

EPIX has greenlit Laurel Canyon, a feature-length documentary that will pull back the curtain on a mythical world and provide an up-close look at the lives of the musicians who inhabited it. Through a wealth of rare and newly unearthed footage and audio recordings, the documentary will feature an intimate portrait of the artists who created a music revolution that would change popular culture. Alison Ellwood (History of the Eagles) will direct the feature-length film, which will premiere in late 2019 on EPIX.
Amblin Television to Develop a RASHOMON TV Series

Amblin Television has acquired the rights to Akira Kurosawa's acclaimed film “Rashomon,” according to Variety. The company plans plans to develop it as an anthology series.

Production has begun on the HBO Documentary Films presentation NATALIE WOOD: WHAT REMAINS BEHIND, a documentary about the legendary actress, it was announced today by HBO. The feature-length film will explore Wood's life and career through the unique perspective of her daughter, Natasha Gregson Wagner, and others who knew her best.
The CW Announces Midseason Moves for 2019

The CW Network has started to set its 2019 midseason schedule by slating the debut of new series ROSWELL, NEW MEXICO for Tuesday, January 15, 2019 (9:00-10:00pm ET/PT) and moving BLACK LIGHTNING to Mondays after ARROW starting on January 21, 2019 (9:00-10:00pm ET/PT), it was announced today by Mark Pedowitz, President, The CW Network.
