Musicians On Call, a nonprofit that brings live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients in healthcare facilities, officially launched its latest weekly Bedside Performance Programs at Sunrise Health System hospitals today in Las Vegas. The programs are made possible through a $150,000 endowment from ACM Lifting Lives®, the philanthropic arm of the Academy of Country Music. The launch event, which took place at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, included a special performance by Warner Music Nashville recording artist Michael Ray for the hospital's patients and caregivers.

 WME's second annual BASH at the BEACH was declared an overwhelming success as the two-night concert at the Beach at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino on Friday, April 13 and Saturday, April 14 delighted fans with high-energy performances by more than a dozen of country music's hottest stars.

Winners have been announced for the 53rd ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS, which aired LIVE earlier this evening on the CBS Television Network from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, NV.  Hosted by multimedia superstar, Reba McEntire, the ACM Awards named Jason Aldean as Entertainer of the Year, the evening's biggest honor. The Country Music Association reveals the initial artist lineup for this year's CMA Fest, featuring an exceptional bill of hundreds of artists performing on 11 stages throughout downtown Nashville Thursday through Sunday, June 7-10. 

Taking the nightly NISSAN STADIUM stage this year are Country Music superstars Kelsea Ballerini, Dierks Bentley, Brothers Osborne, Kane Brown, Luke Bryan, Luke Combs, Dan + Shay, Charles Esten and Friends, Florida Georgia Line, Dustin Lynch, Old Dominion, Jon Pardi, Carly Pearce, Charley Pride, Darius Rucker, Blake Shelton, Ricky Skaggs, Chris Stapleton, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, Lee Ann Womack, and Brett Young. Several acts join this year's Nissan Stadium lineup for the first time with full sets and special performances including Brown, Combs, Dan + Shay, Old Dominion, Pardi, Pearce and Young. In addition, Lauren Alaina and Bebe Rexha will make guest appearances. The Country Music Association's critically acclaimed CMA Songwriters Series returned to London's indigo at The O2 last night as part of the sixth annual C2C: Country 2 Country festival. The sold-out show featured stellar performances hosted by award-winning songwriter Brett James, who was joined by top tunesmiths including Luke Combs, Nicolle Galyon, Natalie Hemby and Kip Moore. Country Music Association Honors 15 Triple Play Award Recipients During Industry Luncheon

The Country Music Association has revealed the recipients of the ninth annual CMA Triple Play Awards, an honor presented to songwriters who pen three No. 1 songs within a 12-month period based on the Country Aircheck, Billboard Country Airplay and Billboard Hot Country Songs charts. Ashley Gorley will receive three trophies in recognition of nine No. 1 songs, while Shane McAnally will receive two trophies in recognition of his six No. 1 songs.

Country music singer/songwriter ADAM DOLEAC has been named Artist of the Month by popular restaurant chain Texas Roadhouse. The national campaign runs throughout the month of February, with Doleac's music, including his latest hit, “Bigger Than Us,” being featured in over 500 locations, online and on socials. The Country Music Association's critically acclaimed CMA Songwriters Seriesvisited the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah January 25 and 26, where songwriters Jordan Davis, Jillian Jacqueline, Steven Lee Olsen and Tenille Townes performed as part of the special 2018 Sundance ASCAP Music Café.
