On Monday night, January 20, 2014 BroadwayWorld.com kicked off its 10th Anniversary Celebration with the first in a series of concerts to be presented in the upcoming year. It was an historic night for so many reasons and although yesterday was spent in BroadwayWorld 'after-glow and recovery' we rushed out the behind the scenes photos, taken by two photographers who were with us since the beginning - Linda Lenzi and Walter McBride. As rehearsals and plans are in full swing, for Monday night's sold out performances at Joe's Pub at The Public Theater of BROADWAYWORLD.COM VISITS OZ, Robert Diamond and BWW staffers want to do some 'shout outs'.

Award-winning composer Jeff Thomson makes his debut at 54 Below with "Go Where The Love Is" on Monday, January 20th at 9:30pm. The evening will highlight material from the upcoming musicals Pump Up the Volume, Trails, and Jawbreaker, as well as several yet-to-be-revealed projects.

Don't Quit Your Night Job returns to its new home at 54 Below in New York City on December 19th, 11:30pm. Joining creators Steve Rosen, Sarah Saltzberg and Dan Lipton are a slew of Broadway performers.

If you're wondering whether or not 2013 was a fantastic year for the cabaret art form in New York, all you have to do is scan the amazing list of nominees for this year's BroadwayWorld New York Cabaret Awards and you'll know it was one of the best ever. So now it's time for all you cabaret performers and fans to vote for the best singers, musicians, songs, and shows of the year. Voting will continue until Sunday night January 5 and the winners will be announced later that week. We hope that all the winners will be able to perform in the Award show on Sunday night February 23 at Joe's Pub.

A meteor hit the stage at the Hollywood Bowl this weekend for two consecutive performances. Accompanied by the Los Angeles Philharmonic, the evening's program also boasted conductor Kevin Stites and a cast featuring Jennifer Diamond, Constantine Germanacos and Johnny Stellard.

Broadway star Ariana DeBose (Motown, Bring It On) will make her solo concert debut with '...they say I'm different' at Joe's Pub on Monday, August 12th. Directed by Max Friedman, the 9:30pm concert will feature an eclectic mix of material, ranging from funk rock classics to new work from up-and-coming musical theater writers.

Jason Rabinowitz, Christina Sajous, Jennifer Sanchez, Frederick Weller and Renee Elise Goldsberry have been getting great reviews and audience reactions in I'm Getting My Act Together and Taking It on the Road, the final Encores! Off-Center presentation of the 2013 season. Today, Michael Riedel reports that the successful response might earn the show a transfer.
