Directed by John Crowley (A Steady Rain), A BEHANDING IN SPOKANE will be McDonagh's first play to originate on Broadway.

Seattle Repertory Theatre celebrates the 25th anniversary of August Wilson's beloved story of baseball and family, Fences. The play is being staged in a number of notable productions across the country, including on Broadway next month. After a vote on Monday evening, the Stratford Town Council has rejected a developer's plan to renovate the Shakespeare Theater in Stratford Connecticut. The 1,500 seat theater has been closed for over two decades, and was to be reopened by Bill Hanney, producer of the Theatre by the Sea in Matunuck, R.I.
