Jessie Mueller, Adrienne Warren Will Join Javier Munoz for Rosie's Theater Kids Benefit

Broadway stars Jessie Mueller (Tony Award, BEAUTIFUL), Javier Muñoz (HAMILTON), and Adrienne Warren (SHUFFLE ALONG) will join 60 students from Rosie's Theater Kids - the dance and music school for NYC public school students - onstage at the school's annual spring benefit evening, entitled "Passing It On" on Sunday, April 23 at 7 pm at the Kaye Playhouse at Hunter College (68 St. between Park and Lexington Avenues).
New York Theatre Ballet Returns to New York Live Arts for Uptown/Downtown/Dance Series, 3/1-4

New York Theatre Ballet (NYTB) returns to New York Live Arts with its new Uptown/Downtown/Dance series from March 1-4, 2017 at 7:30pm with an additional 2pm matinee on Saturday. This year's program features a revival of Nijinsky's L'Apres-Midi d'un Faune staged by the 98-year-old Ann Hutchinson Guest, a new and as-of-yet untitled pas de trois by Pam Tanowitz, Frederick Ashton's La Chatte métamorphoses en femme, and Antonia Franceschi's She Holds Out Her Hand which premiered at Danspace in Fall 2016. All pieces will be performed to live music. A post-show celebration with wine, hors d'oeuvres, and music will be held after the opening night performance for which tickets are $75. Reviving the sold-out 2015 production, for the tenth year, renowned fashion designer Isaac Mizrahi will narrate the production. Brad Lubman will conduct Ensemble Signal.

On September 29, 2016, Caleb Teicher & Company welcomed audiences to an intimate evening of new work at the Kupferberg Center for the Arts at Queens College. As a Bessie award winner for Outstanding Individual Performance, Teicher has been making a name for himself not only as a performer, but as a choreographer. This one-night-only engagement was made possible with support by Queens College as part of the City University of New York (CUNY) Dance Initiative and an artistic residency at the American Tap Dance Foundation.

Actor Richard Thomas will host Westport Country Playhouse's 2016 Gala "The Night They Invented Champagne: Celebrating Lerner & Loewe" on Monday evening, September 19. Performing the music of the legendary Broadway composing team will be artists Britney Coleman, Kristen Hahn, Robert Sean Leonard, Stephen Mark Lukas, Howard McGillin, Ciara Renee, Mary Testa, Richard Troxell, Max von Essen, Nicholas Ward, and members of the New York Theatre Ballet. Gala Director is Chase Brock, with musical direction by Mary-Mitchell Campbell.

Bay Street Theater has just announced that MY FAIR LADY will be extended through September 4 due to popular demand. The classic musical has book and lyrics by Alan Jay Lerner and music by Frederick Loewe. It is based on the play Pygmalion by George Bernard Shaw and Gabriel Pascal's motion picture. The production is directed by Michael Arden, Tony Award nominee and Outer Critics Circle Award-winner for Best Director of a Musical for the Broadway revival of Spring Awakening.
