But when their eldest child, Wednesday (Marisa Spahn), the ultimate princess of darkness, falls in love with a sweet, smart young man, Lucas Beineke (Andrew Rubenbauer), everything makes a sudden change. As if her flourishing love weren't enough, Wednesday confides in her father, who must keep the secret from his beloved wife, Morticia, something he's never done before.
