Million Dollar Quartet, now in its third year, announces a new block of tickets on sale for performances through December 31, 2011. The Tony-nominated musical inspired by the famed 1956 recording session that brought together legendary rock ‘n' roll icons Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins and Elvis Presley, celebrates its long run in Chicago, a multiple Tony-nominated New York run and a long-running London production.

On Friday, Friday 18, 2011, Million Dollar Quartet will celebrate its 1000th performance in Chicago by putting a new block of tickets on sale for performances through September 25, 2011. Tickets will be on sale through September 5, 2010.

Million Dollar Quartet has announces its new Chicago cast: Emmy Award-winning actor David Lago (Elvis Presley), accomplished musician/performer Lance Lipinsky (Jerry Lee Lewis), Chicago musician and actor Gabe Bowling (Carl Perkins), and Jeff Award nominee Sean Sullivan (Johnny Cash). The cast also includes Tim Decker ('Father of Rock 'n' Roll' Sam Phillips) and original Chicago cast members Kelly Lamont (Elvis' girlfriend Dyanne), Billy Shaffer (Fluke/Drummer) and Chuck Zayas (Jay Perkins/Bass). The new cast will begin performances on February 3, 2010.

The free concert is set to take place on Friday, June 19 at 5:00 p.m. The stars of Million Dollar Quartet will draw crowds to the Dock Street Stage, playing two 20-minute sets of beloved hits including ?Blue Suede Shoes,? ?Great Balls of Fire,? and ?Who Do You Love,? among others.

The evening begins at 6:00 p.m. with a pre-show reception with silent auction items, including tickets to the 2010 GRAMMY Awards; a Memphis vacation for two, including airfare, two nights at the Peabody Hotel, tickets to Sun Studios, Graceland, STAX Museum of American Soul Music, Gibson Guitar Factory tour, and passes to clubs on Beale Street; music memorabilia signed by past GRAMMY winners and unique opportunities with the Million Dollar Quartet cast.
