The 81st Annual Drama League Awards Ceremony and Luncheon was held at the Marriott Marquis Times Square in the Broadway Ballroom (1535 Broadway) on Friday, May 15, 2015 where our winners were announced. The ceremony was hosted by Hand To God star, Steven Boyer and Tyrone. Awards were presented by Zachary Quinto and Neil Patrick Harris. New York Theatre Workshop (NYTW) just honored internationally acclaimed theatre designer and six-time Tony Award Winner Bob Crowley at the NYTW 2015 Spring Gala last night. The event, which was held at the Edison Ballroom (240 W 47th St.) was chaired by Disney Theatrical Production President Thomas Schumacher, Sherie Rene Scott, Jack O'Brien, and John Barrett. The play, which is about the passionate relationship between a rich businessman and a poor schoolteacher who has consigned herself to public service, first ran on Broadway in 1996 and is considered one of Hare's best and a classic of modern British drama.
