Wells Fargo Center for the Arts announced four additional shows to be presented in the newly renovated Ruth Finley Person Theater (50 Mark West Springs Road, Santa Rosa) as part of the 2013-14 season. Earlier today, BWW reported that after rumors of NBC's negotiations with FOX Television Studios to produce its upcoming four-hour miniseries on the life and times of Hillary Clinton, the two companies have ended their conversation. A source at FOX told The Hollywood Reporter that talks 'fell apart over deal points more than any potential fallout' politcally.

CBS has put their own project inspired by the former First Lady into development from Oscar winner Morgan Freeman and Barbara Hall, according to Deadline. To dodge any potential backlash, however, the drama will follow a fictionalized female Secretary of State - ala the 2012 Sigourney Weaver-led miniseries POLITICAL ANIMALS.
