Abingdon Theatre Company - which has produced 63 new American plays in its 18-year history - launches its 2011-2012 Season with the world premiere of BLAME IT ON BECKETT, a new comedy by John Morogiello, author of the recent Abingdon hit ENGAGING SHAW, set to begin previews tonight prior to its official press opening October 16, at the Abingdon Theatre Arts Complex's Dorothy Strelsin Theatre (312 West 36th Street). Jackob G. Hofmann directs.

The first London production for 90 years of St John Ervine's searing Belfast tragedy Mixed Marriage, first seen at the Abbey Theatre, Dublin, plays for a four-week season beginning tonight (Press Night: Thursday, 6 October 2011 at 7.30pm) at the multi-award-winning Finborough Theatre.

Rodgers and Hammerstein's Oklahoma! at her home theatre in D.C. and My Fair Lady in the 50th season of the Shaw Festival at Niagara-on-the-Lake.
