As a gesture of respect from one consummate showman to another, legendary musician PETER MURPHY has announced that he will be performing a special tribute to the late, great DAVID BOWIE on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at San Francisco's The Chapel. As the final show of his two week residency in which he will perform his solo albums in their entirety plus three 'Mr. Moonlight' sets of Bauhaus music, Peter will honor the music of the Starman by performing songs selected from Bowie's catalog. Says Peter of the show, 'Now that all and sundry have fallen off the David Bowie tribute band wagon, I thought I'd do my own.'

Nashville-based Songstress Eulene Shares Electro-pop Single 'Momma'

New York-born, Nashville-based electro-pop songstress, Eulene, has released her debut single, 'Momma' via GoGoLove Records on 16 November 2018. 'Momma' has been taken from her highly anticipated upcoming self-titled EP which was mixed by Grammy-nominated Erik Madrid (ZAYN, Demi Lovato, Kehlani, Kiiara, 30 Seconds to Mars, Charli XCX, Tinashe, Kygo). 'Momma' was composed and produced by Eulene alongside prolific songwriter Angelo Petraglia who has worked extensively with global rock phenomenon Kings of Leon for which he wrote and produced many of their albums. Petraglia played an integral role in the formation of Kings of Leon's early sound, catapulting them into worldwide charts. He has since won a Grammy Award for Record of the Year, while also receiving a nomination as one of the songwriters for Trisha Yearwood's 'Believe Me Baby (I Lied)'.

Late 2018 will mark the 40th anniversary of Bauhaus. To celebrate, Beggars Arkive is reissuing records from the band's catalog on limited edition colored vinyl. In The Flat Field and Mask will be released on October 26th. November 23rd will bring The Sky's Gone Out and Press The Eject And Give Me The Tape, which is being pressed in the US for the first time and is exclusive to US Record Store Day Black Vinyl retailers. Also on this date, Leaving Records (a partner of Stones Throw Records) will release the band's first recording ever, The Bela Session including three previously unreleased tracks and a remastered version of 'Bela Lugosi's Dead.'
