A Panel of four Broadway veterans and experts will adjudicate the best middle and high school student performances from the region as part of the at Bucks County Playhouse's 48th annual "Best of Fest," Student Theatre Festival on May 15 at 7:00pm.

Bristol Riverside Theatre (BRT) has announced that Jameson Gilpatrick will step down as Managing Director. Mr. Gilpatrick, who has been with the theatre since 2014, has accepted a position with Steps on Broadway in New York City to serve as the organization's Finance Director.

The Tony Awards Administration Committee announced today, April 19th that two-time Tony Award-winning lyricist Sheldon Harnick and multiple Tony-nominated director Marshall W. Mason will be this year's recipients of the Special Tony Award for Lifetime Achievement in the Theatre.

Broadway's 40 theatres aren't the only places to catch performances from your favorite stars! Well after Broadway orchestras begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. Broadway, film and television star Norm Lewis headlines NJSO POPS programs featuring music from his famous theater roles and album, this weekend, beginning tonight, April 15. It continues through April 17 in Red Bank, Newark and New Brunswick. Lewis -- who replaces previously announced singer Cheyenne Jackson, who was forced to withdraw for scheduling reasons -- has garnered critical and audience acclaim and made history as Broadway's first African-American Phantom in The Phantom of the Opera. Frequent NJSO guest conductor and audience favorite Thomas Wilkins conducts.

Lincoln Center's Spring Gala took place on Monday, April 11, at Rose Hall at Jazz at Lincoln Center. Steven A. Kandarian and MetLife were honored. There were 470 guests and nearly $3 million was raised. Since 1997, MetLife's sponsorship of Live From Lincoln Center has been instrumental to the series' success, and has enabled Lincoln Center to bring this program to hundreds of millions of people across the nation, building new audiences for the arts.
