The national tour of THE ADDAMS FAMILY, a new musical based on the bizarre and beloved family of characters created by legendary cartoonist Charles Addams comes to the Fox Theater. Joining Tony Award® nominee Douglas Sills as Gomez and Sara Gettelfinger as Morticia are Tony Award® nominee Martin Vidnovic as Mal Beineke, two-time Tony Award® nominee Crista Moore as Alice Beineke, Blake Hammond as Uncle Fester, Pippa Pearthree as Grandma, Tom Corbeil as Lurch, Patrick D. Kennedy as Pugsley, Brian Justin Crum as Lucas Beineke and Cortney Wolfson as Wednesday.

A new version of A Little Princess, the beloved children's book from 1905 written by Frances Hodgson Burnett, will premiere at the Texas Music Theatre on the historic San Marcos square from October 16th - 19th. The final performance of this special event will be live streamed on the internet on October 19th. This will allow musical theater fans across the country to experience this new musical according to director and star Kaitlin Hopkins who also heads the Musical Theatre Program at Texas State University.

Kravis Center for the Performing Arts announced that single tickets for the national tour of the new musical THE ADDAMS FAMILY, based on the bizarre and beloved family of characters created by legendary cartoonist Charles Addams, will go on sale September 24th at 9AM. The first 100 people in line for THE ADDAMS FAMILY tickets will receive a free CD sampler from the show. A special 'Addams Family Photo Booth' will also be set up that day for some special, spooky fun. The show runs in New Orleans through September 24th. Tony Award winner Roger Rees has extended his contract and will continue as Gomez in the hit musical THE ADDAMS FAMILY for an additional two months through the show's final performance on Saturday, December 31 at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre (205 West 46th Street). Rees plays opposite stage and screen star Brooke Shields as Morticia.

According to Deadline.com, Broadway veteran Michael C. Hall is in negotiations to lead an upcoming Broaway production of BIG FISH. Susan Stroan will direct the stage adaptation of the Tim Burton film, which will feature music by Andrew Lippa. Hugh Jackman was originally rumored to star inthe production, but 'his movie schedule got in the way and the producers turned to Hall.'

A new version of A Little Princess, a musical written by Brian Crawley (book/lyrics) and Andrew Lippa (music) will premiere at Texas State University Oct 16-19. The final performance will be live streamed on the web for audiences across the country on Oct 19th according to director Kaitlin Hopkins, who also heads the Musical Theatre program at Texas State.
