On today's Live!, Strahan revealed that he himself learned the news that he would be joining the ABC morning show when he checked his text messages last night.

ABC sources have confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter that 'Live! With Kelly and Michael' co-host Michael Strahan will be joining the team at GOOD MORNING AMERICA.

According to Variety, Josh Elliot is leaving ABC's Good Morning America, where he has been working since 2011. Instead, he will be working for NBC Sports. Amy Robach will be replacing Elliot.
