The latter is the case with Buddy Ebsen. His daughter Kiki Ebsen looks back fondly and peppers her fascinating anecdotes  with the music of her father's era, as well as a myriad of photos and film clips from his checkered film career and more successful TV shows. To Dad with Love, A Tribute to Buddy Ebsen played Theatre West this past weekend to packed enthusiastic houses.

Ms. Sarah Dash will premiere her new show, A Tribute To Aretha Franklin: The Queen Of Soul, in three cities this November. This special concert celebration will feature Sarah Dash singing All The Great Aretha Franklin Classics (including Respect, Chain Of Fools, Freeway Of Love, Ain't No Way, Jump To It), and telling inside stories of her friendship with The Queen. Bernard Purdy, who played in Ms. Franklin's band through the years, will be the musical director for Ms. Dash for these performances.

Snake Oil brings their hair-whipping, guitar-shredding, hard-rocking homage to rock to the McAninch Arts Center on Saturday, Oct. 27 at 7:30 p.m. With all the costumes, props and incredible technical special effects, Snake Oil will rock the MAC with covers of everyone favorite hair and glam rock bands of the 80s including KISS, the Scorpions, Poison, Def Leppard, Bon Jovi, Alice Cooper, Van Halen, Motley Crue, Twisted Sister, Journey, Quiet Riot, Ozzy Osbourne, Queen and Autograph.

The Fourth Annual BOWL FOR RONNIE Celebrity Bowling Party, benefiting the Ronnie James Dio Stand Up and Shout Cancer Fund (www.diocancerfund.org) will take place on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at PINZ Bowling Center in Studio City, California. The event will be hosted by television and radio personality Eddie Trunk, who is heard on SiriusXM's Volume channel and whose new TV series TrunkFest airs on AXS-TV.

Mandy Harvey, an award-winning singer, songwriter and inspirational speaker who lost her residual hearing when she was 19, will perform in concert Saturday, Oct. 13, at 7:30 p.m., at Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts. ASL interpretation will be available throughout the performance.

No stranger to the stage, Max spent his teenage years honing his skills at open mics, community theatre, and at fairs and festivals throughout the state. In 2012, he gained state-wide attention for his performance at “Maine's Got Talent!” scoring first place with an original song. With the support of friends and family, Max took his original music throughout New England and quickly built a loyal fanbase. In 2013, he released a self-produced EP Up 'Till Now, debuting his talents not only as a songwriter but for production as well. A few years later, Max was grand champion of Maine's Soundoff 2016 competition.
