The Center for Curatorial Studies, Bard College has acquired the archive of legendary New York art gallery, Gavin Brown’s enterprise (GBE).

MOCA Jacksonville has announced A Walk on the Wild Side: ‘70s New York in the Norman E. Fisher Collection at MOCA Jacksonville, an exhibition exploring the dynamic culture of New York in the 1970s that spurred a decade of collaboration and innovation between artists working in a variety of genres.

GRAY announces GRAY at 60, an exhibition and accompanying book commemorating six decades since the gallery's founding in 1963 by Richard Gray (1928-2018).

In its dynamic Donald M. Ephraim Family Gallery, the Cultural Council for Palm Beach County will present another thought-provoking exhibition: Veni, Vidi, Vici by international portrait artist Serge Strosberg, January 6 through February 18, 2023. The exhibition is an artistic exploration of the life and influence of Henry Morrison Flagler, the founder of Standard Oil and the Florida East Coast Railroad, as well as the cities of Miami and Palm Beach.

In conjunction with the Guggenheim Museum's Alex Katz retrospective - Alex Katz: Gathering - join Paul Taylor Dance Company Artistic Director Michael Novak and celebrated Taylor alumna and educators Carolyn Adams and Susan McGuire as they discuss the lasting resonance of Alex Katz's collaborations with dancemaker Paul Taylor. Select archival video highlights from their 15 collaborations will be screened, as well as insights into the process, design, and impact of interdisciplinary collaborations.

Artist Alex Katz and choreographer Paul Taylor collaborated on 15 works. In conjunction with the Guggenheim Museum's retrospective Alex Katz: Gathering, Works & Process will present a performance by the Paul Taylor Dance Company in the Guggenheim rotunda. Selected by Michael Novak, Paul Taylor Dance Company Artistic Director, Polaris, a 1976 collaboration between Taylor and Katz will offer audiences a unique and unprecedented opportunity to see the performance-normally shown on a proscenium stage-up close and from 360 degrees.

The Paul Taylor Dance Company (PTDC) will return to the David H. Koch Theater at Lincoln Center for its highly-anticipated New York City Season from November 1 to November 13, 2022.

Alex Katz: Theater and Dance is the first comprehensive museum exhibition of artist Alex Katz's highly collaborative and playful work with choreographers, dancers, and members of avant-garde theater ensembles.

On January 27th, the Foundation for Contemporary Arts announced its 2022 awards, with 20 artists recognized in the fields of dance, music & sound art, performance art & theater, poetry, and the visual arts. Among the grantees is Petr Kotik, who receives the 2022 John Cage Award.

The Trenton City Museum at Ellarslie Mansion will present an exhibition focusing on a community of artists surrounding New Jersey native and revered American landscape painter Lois Dodd. “Painting the Moon and Beyond: Lois Dodd and Friends Explore the Night Sky,” opening Friday, November 19, and on view through April 29, 2022, will include 75 paintings by Dodd, Jeff Epstein, Dan Finaldi, and Elizabeth O'Reilly.

The September 2-5th premiere of the Hamptons Fine Art Fair met and surpassed its goal as the elite and high caliber fair that Hamptonites have sought for years.

Hamptons Virtual Art Fair (HVAF) hosted by Christofle, which closed at 12AM on Tuesday, September 8th, generated a total of 26,000 visitors to its site.  As one of the nation's largest fairs this year, HVAF presented an unprecedented 106 gallery displays in 2D and 3D virtual technology.  Due to the overwhelming success, visitors will continue to have access through October 13, 2020.

Yoshiko Chuma returns to La MaMa with Love Story, The School of Hard Knocks, the latest chapter in her ongoing multidisciplinary performance series. The 24-hour livestreamed performance will feature an international cast of more than 50 artists from four decades of collaboration.
