Clayton Cornelious as Caterpillar, Jose Llana (Spelling Bee, Flower Drum Song) as El Gato, Karen Mason (Hairspray, Mamma Mia!) as Queen of Hearts, Kate Shindle (Legally Blonde, Cabaret, Jekyll and Hyde) as Mad Hatter, Carly Rose Sonenclar (Les Miserables, Little House on the Prairie) as Chloe and Edward Staudenmayer (Spamalot, Martin Short: Fame Becomes Me) as White Rabbit. With a book by Gregory Boyd and Jack Murphy, lyrics by Jack Murphy, music by Frank Wildhorn, choreography by Marguerite Derricks and direction by Gregory Boyd, WONDERLAND will open at Broadway's Marquis Theatre on Sunday, April 17, 2011, and performances will begin Monday, March 21.

Acclaimed theater company Playwrights Horizons (Tim Sanford, Artistic Director; Leslie Marcus, Managing Director) will host its second annual Holiday Craft Fair on Tuesday, December 14 from 1PM to 4PM in Playwrights Horizons' festively made-over Ford Motor Company Lobby (416 West 42nd Street). Featuring works created by PH's very own staff, the crafts for sale will include jewelry, knitwear, handmade greeting cards, homemade jam and much more!

According to Deadline.com, HBO has chosen not to go further with John Logan's Miraculous Year pilot. The Broadway star packed pilot was directed by Kathryn Bigelow. HBO reortedly decided to pass on the series becuase it did not have a wide enough appeal.

On Friday, November 5, NEXT TO NORMAL star Jason Danieley unveiled his caricature at Sardi's. Danieley is currently starring on Broadway as Dan in the Tony and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical. TheatreWorks, the nationally-acclaimed theatre of Silicon Valley, has announced the line-up for its 2010-2011 season. Kate Mulgrew, who starred as Katherine Hepburn in Tea at Five, one of Hartford Stage's most successful productions of all time, will return to the Tony Award-winning theatre (Michael Wilson, Artistic Director; Michael Stotts, Managing Director) in William Shakespeare's classic play, Antony and Cleopatra. Tina Landau will direct the production, which will run at Hartford Stage October 7 - November 7. Antony and Cleopatra will be the first production in Hartford Stage's renovated and expanded Church Street facility. Construction on the renovation project will take place this summer.
