59E59 Theaters welcomes Oberon Theatre Ensemble with PIMM'S MISSION, written by Christopher Stetson Boal and directed by Terrence O'Brien. PIMM'S MISSION begins performances on Thursday, July 30 for a limited engagement through Sunday, August 16.  Press opening is Tuesday, August 4 at 7:30 PM.  The performance schedule is Tuesday - Thursday at 7:30 PM; Friday at 8:30 PM; Saturday at 2:30 PM & 8:30 PM; and Sunday at 3:30 PM. Performances are at 59E59 Theaters (59 East 59th Street, between Park and Madison Avenues). Tickets are $25 ($17.50 for 59E59 Members). Ego Actus will present the World Premiere of Penny Jackson's dark comedy I KNOW WHAT BOYS WANT at Theatre Row's Lion Theatre, 410 West 42nd Street, NYC, beginning performances on July 16th, opening July 18th at 8 PM and continuing through August 2nd. The Equity production will be directed by Joan Kane with scene design by David Goldstein, costumes by Caitlin Cisek, lights by Dennis Parichy, sound by Andy Evan Cohen, projections by Jim Marlow.  Margot Harley, who co-founded The Acting Company with John Houseman in 1972, will step down as its Producer effective the end of this year.  The Acting Company began with the first graduating class of Juilliard's Drama Division, which included Kevin Kline, Patti LuPone, David Schramm and David Ogden Stiers.  "They were classically trained, superbly talented and had worked together for four years," stated Ms. Harley. San Francisco Playhouse is thrilled to announce that its production of Ideation, which had its world premiere at the Playhouse and won the 2014 prestigious William Glickman playwriting award, will move to New York City, playing Off-Broadway at 59E59 Theaters as part of their 2015-16 5A series. Josh Costello will direct. This is the second consecutive year that a San Francisco Playhouse production has been invited to participate in the 5A series in New York.
