BroadwayWorld has just learned that the full cast will return for two encore performances of The Last Match: A Pro Wrestling Rock Musical. The Pro Wrestling concert event will be returning November 14th, 2022 2:30 and 7:30pm at White Eagle Hall in Jersey City, NJ.

The producing team for The Last Match: A Pro- Wrestling Rock Musical announced its show will get a World Premiere Concept Album on Think Big Picture Records. The album will feature Ramin Karimloo.

Billed as a Pro-Wrestling Event, that happens to be an immersive Rock Musical, “The Last Match” tells the story of Ben Vengeance who has been professional wrestling's biggest star for years and tonight is his last match.

The Franklin Performing Arts Company (FPAC) will present Roald Dahl's Matilda the Musical choreographed by original Broadway cast member Clay Thomson and starring Broadway's Sam Zeller as Trunchbull October 19, 20, and 25-27 at THE BLACK BOX in downtown Franklin, MA.

The Gateway Theatre ends their dazzling 70th season with the Long Island premiere of Tony award winning musical Kinky Boots. The stellar Larry Raben directed production runs through September 14th at the beautiful Patchogue Theatre. Music Theatre Wichita continues its 2017 Season, 'Hollywood to Broadway: A Summer Festival of Musical Theatre' by welcoming patrons to the 60s with a new version of Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman's Tony Award-winning musical Hairspray, which runs July 12-16 in the Century II Concert Hall in downtown Wichita, KS. The third of five locally produced Broadway-scale productions, Hairspray is part of the organization's 46th season, which is also the 30th season for producing artistic director Wayne Bryan.

Casting is announced today for Music Theatre Wichita 46th Season, 'Hollywood to Broadway,' featuring five lavish stage musicals inspired by films, including Thoroughly Modern Millie, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, Hairspray, and the Kansas premieres of The Hunchback of Notre Dame and Disney's Newsies.

The Kinky Boots national tour welcomes Broadway alum Timothy Ware to the road as he takes over the iconic role of Lola. No stranger to Lola's famous thigh-high red boots, Ware was the Lola Standby on Broadway where he performed the role 186 times. He's previously been seen across the country in the national tours of Mamma Mia! and Jesus Christ Superstar. Ware joins the tour cast in Spokane, WA, on Tuesday February 28, 2017.

Sam Zeller was born and raised in Anaheim, CA, the youngest of three sons. Zeller went to Walt Disney Elementary school and grew up, in his words, 'a very fantasy like type life, because I always thought everyone was surrounded by Disney characters all the time like I was. But of course, nobody was.'
