From first-time playwright and theatre director Tim Phillips, The Joy of Sax follows the journey of amateur saxophonist Luke, whose playing causes euphoric, toe curling, sweat inducing, spine arching, eye-rolling reactions in anyone within earshot. As a result of his "gift", Luke's life and very identity are soon exploited by a shameless agent, an obsessive landlord, and a diverse collection of insatiable fans. He stumbles through this new world of fame and fandom while simply trying his best to blow his own horn.

Heather Pond (formally Heather Ferguson) will be reprising her role as 'Miss Frankie Nolan' in the upcoming film adaptation of the musical JERSEY BOYS, directed by Clint Eastwood. Heather was in the original Broadway company of JERSEY BOYS and spent five years with the show.

As of September 30th 2008 the cast of Jersey Boys is now led by Sebastian Arcelus (Bob Gaudio), Matt Bogart (Nick Massi), Dominic Nolfi (Tommy DeVito) and Jarrod Spector (Frankie Valli) as The Four Seasons; with Peter Gregus and Mark Lotito. The cast also includes Miles Aubrey, Bridget Berger, Kris Coleman, Douglas Crawford, Ken Dow, Heather Ferguson, Russell Fischer, Eric Gutman, Katie O'Toole, Joe Payne, Dominic Scaglione Jr., Sara Schmidt, Eric Schneider and Jake Speck.

Jersey Boys recently welcomed two new Seasons to their Broadway quartet. Joining original cast members Tony Award winner Christian Hoff (Tommy DeVito) and J. Robert Spencer (Nick Massi) are Sebastian Arcelus (Bob Gaudio) and Michael Longoria (Frankie Valli).

Sebastian Arcelus will join the Broadway cast of Jersey Boys, the Tony Award winning Best Musical, in the role of Bob Gaudio on Thursday, January 10. Daniel Reichard, who originated the role at La Jolla Playhouse and on Broadway, will play his final performance on Wednesday, January 9, 2008.

Michael Longoria, currently covering the role of Frankie Valli in Jersey Boys, will assume the lead role full-time beginning November 27; succeeding Tony Award-winner John Lloyd Young.
