The Kurt Weill Foundation for Music announced the unprecedented awarding of three First Prizes in the 25th annual Lenya Competition.

A gathering of stars and notables from the Broadway world will join together on Saturday 29 April to mark the twenty-fifth anniversary of the Lotte Lenya Competition, the internationally renowned theatrical singing contest.

The Green Room 42 welcomes the MuseMatch organization to their stage for the thirteenth charity concert with a unique twist in creation.

The hardships COVID-19 have caused for songwriters and performers has prompted The Kurt Weill Foundation to provide financial support to participants chosen for the Lotte Lenya Competition Songbook, a new collection of sixteen contemporary theater songs by nineteen emerging writers.

On Wednesday, October 21st at 1PM EST, Bridge To Broadway will return for a one-time live interview and interactive Q & A with Oscar, Tony, and Golden Globe winner Joel Grey, with a percentage of net proceeds benefitting St. Jude's Research Hospital.

Today we rewind to 2015, when the La Jolla Playhouse production of The Hunchback of Notre Dame transferred to Paper Mill Playhouse. Featuring a score by Alan Menken and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz, the production was directed by Scott Schwartz and starred Michael Arden, Patrick Page, Ciara Renée, Andrew Samonsky and Erik Liberman.
