Grammy and Academy Award Winner Glen Hansard (composer of the film and Broadway productions of ONCE) has shared a new breakup song 'Setting Forth' off his new album 'Between Two Shores,' which will be released January 19th.

Folk Band Poor Old Shine to Take A.R.T. Stage in THE HEART OF ROBIN HOOD, Running 12/11-1/19


The American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) at Harvard University, under the Artistic Direction of Diane Paulus, has announced that the folk band Poor Old Shine has joined the company of The Heart of Robin Hood to create and perform live original music. The production is written by David Farr and directed by Gisli Örn Gardarsson and begins performances Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at the Loeb Drama Center, Cambridge and runs through Sunday, January 19, 2014. It will be available for press viewing from Wednesday, December 18 at 7:30pm.

ONCE Announces Broadway Lottery Policy!


ONCE, an acclaimed new musical based on the 2007 Academy Award-winning film, is pleased to announce a lottery ticket policy for $26.50 orchestra seating. The production will begin previews on Tuesday, February 28 and open Sunday, March 18 at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre (242 West 45th Street).

The production features the Academy Award-winning music and lyrics of Glen Hansard and Markéta Irglová, a book by award-winning Irish playwright & screenwriter, Enda Walsh (Penelope, Hunger, The New Electric Ballroom), direction by the acclaimed Scottish director of Black Watch, John Tiffany, movement by Steven Hoggett (Black Watch, American Idiot) and musical direction by Martin Lowe (Mamma Mia!). ONCE Records Original Cast Album Today!


ONCE, the new musical based on the 2007 Academy Award-winning film, will play Broadway's Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre this spring. Previews will begin Tuesday, February 28, 2012 with opening night set for Sunday, March 18, 2012. The cast of the show goes into the studio today to record the cast album, which will be released by Masterworks Broadway. No word yet on a release date.
