How to Steal an Election: A Dirty Politics Musical, with music and lyrics by Oscar Brand and book by William F. Brown, began performances on Saturday, August 26, 2023. Brown, the first offering of the Fall Musicals in Mufti* series.

Nightclub Cantata recently came to the cell theatre in New York City, fusing literature and song into one unique theatrical experience like no other. We spoke with the director and choreographer Bill Castellino about the show, the choreography involved, and more.

Bill Castellino directs and choreographs. Cast members include Almeria Campbell, Victoria Casillo, Daniela Delahuerta, Matthew Liu, Jesse Manocherian, Sarah Nandola, Pearl Rhein, Noah Ruebeck, Hansel Tan, and Miles Whittaker. Twenty-five performances will be staged from April 23 – May 22, 2022, at Nancy Manocherian's the cell theatre, 338 West 23rd Street, New York, NY 11201.

 Nancy Manocherian’s the cell theatre and Nightclub Cantata LLC, by special arrangement with Concord Theatricals, will presen the 45th anniversary production of Elizabeth Swados’ 1977 breakout sensation Nightclub Cantata, a provocative, eclectic and heralded theatrical creation rarely seen since its inception decades ago. 

The York Theatre Company, in association with Jim Kierstead, Executive Producer, will present a presentation of the new musical Pants! The Jimmy Pants Musical with music and lyrics by Joseph Church (York’s Rothschild and Sons, The Lion King, The Who's Tommy) and book and lyrics by Jeff Bienstock (Legendale).

The York Theatre Company in association with Willette Klausner and Jim Kierstead, Executive Producer, will present a presentation of the musical comedy Twist of Fate with book and lyrics by Lissa Levin (Kleban Award Winner) and music by Ron Abel (Ben Jones Love Songs). 

Jimmy Pants, LLC, in association with Kierstead Productions will present two staged readings (by invitation only) of Pants! The Jimmy Pants Musical, a new musical satire, with music and lyrics by Joseph Church and book & lyrics by Jeff Bienstock.
